When we first purchased our house the side courtyard patio space was
in kind of rough condition. However it was a space we really loved in
the house and definitely saw the potential with a little work. Fixing
the fence around this area became our first "major" projects for the
house. Once the new fence was up things were already looking 10x better.
Next we removed all of the vines/greenery/weeds that had taken over the
space, where the hubs then planted grass with the help of his dad. Once
those two big items were taken care of and things were cleaned up a bit
it was clear we made the right choice. This space was coming out so
great and we knew it would be our hangout in the cooler months.

However
I will admit we basically finished all the work when it started to get
way too hot to hang out there so that was a bummer but we are all set
for to spend all of fall out there when it comes. In the spring I
purchased two chairs and a table for the space that we have been using
since however I thought now with cooler weather hopefully (please)
coming soon it was time to really decorate the space and I thought it
would be fun to take you all along with me while I do just that. Video

What do you think of the finished
product? I am a huge fan and cant wait to have some friends of neighbors
